What is YBC CTSO?
The Young Billionaires Club (YBC), powered by Sanders Hand, is a TEA-recognized Career & Technical Student Organization (CTSO) for students ages 12–25. YBC bridges classroom instruction with real-world entrepreneurship, aligned with the Business, Marketing, and Finance Career Cluster.
Students don’t just learn business — they build one. Through financial education, mentorship, and competitive vendor markets, YBC empowers students with the tools to thrive in school, business, and life.

The YBC Vendor Market
The YBC experience is powered by one key belief:
young people deserve real opportunities to earn, lead, and grow.
Our competitive track gives students the chance to develop real business ideas, gain feedback from industry professionals, and launch products that reflect their creativity, culture, and entrepreneurial skills.
Competitive Events Structure
Regional
At the regional level, students focus on building and presenting a strong business concept.
Participants will:
🔹 Develop a business idea based on their passions and skills
🔹 Conduct market research
🔹 Build a full business plan
🔹 Create a brand identity and online presence
🔹 Pitch their idea to a panel of judges (acting as investors)
🔹 Optional: Submit the written plan for additional scoring
Regional competitions serve as the qualifying round for advancement to state.
State
At the state level, students focus on execution and business development.
Participants will:
🏗️ Present a prototype of their product or service (packaging and barcode if applicable)
📊 Launch their business and track real performance data
🎥 Submit a video of their customer interaction and product launch
📝 Report business outcomes, feedback, and plans for future growth
🎯 Demonstrate skills in operations, marketing, pricing, and adaptation
National
The national competition features the full YBC Vendor Market experience.
Participants will:
🏪 Operate a live vendor booth and sell to real customers
📣 Compete in judged events focused on real-time business performance
🏆 Earn awards, scholarships, startup capital and industry mentorship
The national stage combines the full business cycle — from pitch to profit — and prepares students for the ESB Certification and beyond.
Who Can Start a Chapter?
YBC chapters are open to:

Middle schools, high schools, and college campuses

CTE programs and after-school organizations

Educators, counselors, or administrators ready to lead
Chapter Requirements:
✅ Minimum of 10 students (ages 12–25)
✅ One Chapter Sponsor (teacher, counselor, or school leader)
✅ $25/student membership (Scholarships available for Title I campuses)
✅ $500–$750 annual stipend for Chapter Sponsor
✅ Year-round training, curriculum, and implementation support

In-Person
Sanders Hand facilitators lead weekly sessions onsite
Teacher-Led
Educators run the program with full training and support from our team
All delivery models include access to YBC competitions, vendor markets, mentorship, and the online campus.
Fall Leadership Conference
All YBC chapters attend our annual Fall Leadership Conference, featuring:
